The follow-up of our deliveries is of a major importance.

Be reassured, for each one of your orders, one of our collaborators gets in touch with you. It checks that all information that you transmitted to us is correct and he answers the questions that you could have. Please already find below a summary of the options that we propose to you to take possession of your parcels. You can choose between three options:

- Removal in our store (free);
- Home or company delivery, in Belgium;
- Removal in one of the 1,250 points of withdrawal of our network, in Belgium.

The delivery’s expenses include the preparation’s expenses and packing as well as the shipping costs. The preparation’s expenses are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend to you to gather all your articles in only one orders. We cannot gather two orders placed separately. The forwarding costs apply to each one of them. Dimensions of the boxes are adapted and your articles are correctly protected.

Each parcel is individually assured for each transport. At the time of the reception of your parcel, we invite you to check the integrity of our packing. If you have the slightest doubt, please take pictures of your parcel in the presence of the deliveryman and write a comment on the delivery note before signing it and giving it back to the deliveryman. We always book the products of your order for one 5 calendar days duration. We get in touch with you to check the contents of your order and to inform you on the methods of the delivery. If we are not able to join to you directly by phone, we leave you a message and we send an email to you at the address e-mail you give us at the time of your registration.

We hope to get back an answer from you in the 48 hours. At the end of this period, your order will be cancelled and the products which you booked will then be given back on sale.

We check the reception of new payment daily at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. When we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. According to the mode of delivery that you chose, your parcels will be (1) available to be withdrawn in our store or (2) delivered in the 2 working days, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., at the delivery address you choose when your ordered or (3) available in the 2 working days in the point of withdrawal nearest to the address of delivery that you indicated to us.

If you choose one of our services of forwarding, we prepare your parcels as soon as we receive your payment. We use packing which guarantees the protection and the transport of your products under the best conditions. Moreover, we use black stretch film to protect your parcels and to guarantee the confidentiality of the contents of your packages.

For each mode of delivery, please find here below more detail:

1. Removal in our store (free).

When you confirm your order online or by telephone and that you choose to remove your parcel in our warehouse shop, you can pay cash at the time of the reception or by bank credit transfer.

We do not accept any proof of payment such as screen captures (“screenshot”), bank statements, etc. If you choose to pay by bank credit transfer, we will deliver the goods to you only when the amount of the transaction is credited on our bank account.

We also accept the payments in cash at the time of the reception. Several agencies of commercial banks are located near our store and are equipped with ATM. In particular in the main shopping street of the center of Tervuren, in the Brusselsesteenweg, at the n°18; at the n°20 and at the n°28-30.

2. Home or company delivery, in Belgium ;

When you confirm your order online or by telephone and that you choose that your parcels are delivered to your residence or your workplace, we send your invoice to you by email and we invite you to make the payment on our bank account.

If nobody is present during the delivery, your deliveryman will leave an advice note and you will be able to take possession of your parcels in a point of removal close to the address of delivery. Please read the description below to know how to get your parcels.

3. Removal in one of the 1,250 points of withdrawal of our network, in Belgium.

When you confirm your order online or by telephone and that you choose that your parcels are delivered in one of the 1,250 points of withdrawal in Belgium, we send your invoice to you by email and we invite you to make the payment on our bank account.

You will be informed by email of the availability of your parcels in one of the points of withdrawal and you will have 14 calendar days then to take possession of it. At the end of this period, your parcels will be sent back to us.
